BodyAttack is a Les Mills Program.

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater to all fitness levels. Combining athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats, Damacia will lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

CXWORX  is a Les Mills Program.

A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports 

All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for any fitness level.

During the 30-minute workout Damacia will guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

            TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

 

TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

 

These classes will be private one on one sessions.
